Hello Nidhi Rai,
Conratulations on getting such wonderful marks which are a dream for many.
It is a dream for many kids to study in India's most prestigious colleges like AIIMS , Maulana Azad medical college, Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, KGMC, which are all government. But you want to study in a deemed university is a bit difficult to understand. People of your caliber and your aptitude will be in the top colleges.
Those who have scored much much less marks than you will be there in your college and you might feel out casted as your level of knowledge is greater than all. But if you really want to study in that specific deemed college then nothing should stop you and you should stop worrying about how much marks the other guy scored. if you keep doing this you will always feel unhappy plus over confidence also makes us do wrong things.
There might be students amongst you who are very talented but under performance pressure and anxiety are unable to perform in the exam and land up in these colleges.
I suggest you to accept this fact and move forward. There are many more thing s in life which seem a bit unfair but at the end it all turns out to be worth.
HOPE THIS HELPS
