I got 6500 rank in ews category.Is there any chance of getting seat in nit colleges( cse or ECE)

At 6,500 EWS category rank you might get some departments of NITs in the normal rounds of counseling, however getting departments like CSE or electronics seems far fetched at this point in time. You should wait for the spot rounds for that purpose. All the best.
