    Hello Vaishnav!

    Since you are an other state candidate it is quite tough to get a seat in JEC JABALPUR as the cutoff stays very high for other state candidates. You may try in Home state colleges of Bihar as you may get a seat there since BCECE colleges are also taking through JEE MAINS.
