I got 66% in JEE Main 2019 april, can i be selected for NIT collage ?

Sorry but with this score you won't get a seat in nit.
For reserved category candidates the cutoff for nit is generally 80 percentile and above and for general candidates it is 95+ for good nit'S.
you need to score good to get a good nit with your desired branch.
