I got 66% NTA score in January mains exam, i am in general category can i get seat in top NITs

With this much percentile I doubt that you will be able to qualify JEE Mains.

In order to know your final result and the colleges you will get in that rank, you have to wait as of now. The National Test Agency NTA will declare the combined result of both the JEE main exam (1st which was held in January and 2nd which is going to be held in April) after the declaration of result of 2nd exam i.e. April 30 along with the cutoffs. NITs  will declare their respective cutoffs afterwards.

You have got 66 percentile in JEE MAIN 2019 your rank will be around 370000 you can also check your rank via linkhttps://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor .This is approx rank your rank may vary after April month exam. To get a seat in top NITs your chance is very low.So work hard for April month exam.Good luck.
