i got 66 percentile in jee 2020 can i got any clg

For a general category candidate you do not have any choices at your score. You will not get admission in any NIT or IIIT.

I suggest you should either prepare for the JEE 2021 or join some private college this year like Galgotias University, Amity University, etc.
