I got 66 percentile in jee mains 1st in 2022 and obc category, so is there any government college or any nit for me?

The cutoff for OBC in JEE2022 is 70. You did not reach up to the cutoff. Better option is either to go for better private colleges or to try for the next time. This score will not make any effect in your admissions for the current year. Best of luck
