    Hey arulraj......scince NTA has coonducted jee main for the first time and has not released cutoff yet. So to answer to this question is queit tough to decide. According to your percentile your rank in crl will be around:400000 and cateogry rank around 25000. So you have low chances for qualifying for jee advanced. But don't loose hope and prepare for april session and do well in exam.

    Cuttoff has not been declared yet by NTA.Cuttoff are going to expect around 85 under general quota.Since you are from SC quota 66 percentile should be enough to cross cuttoff cross under SC category.With this score you can be elligible for advance exam 2019.For assurance wait till April.NTA will declares rank and cuttoff score after 2nd phase of jee mains exam.
