Hello,
NTA do not release subject wise marks,but they definitely provide you the answer key through which you can get the idea of the number of marks you are getting in a particular subject.
NTA releases the response sheet soon after the commencement of the exam and you can check which of the questions you have marked are correct through the answer key and thus calculate your marks;
