I got 68 percentage in 12th maharastra board and 169 in MHT-CET exam can I get admission for engineering in maharastra

Yes you can get admission in various state college of Maharashtra, though your marks aren't too high still depending on previous year cut off depending on the branch of your choice I suggest you go through the previous year cut off .

Well you are eligible to take admission in any college but if you are seeking for government colleges then it's difficult to get in this score. Although you can go for management seats in the top institutions of your choice through direct admission quota. There is no issue.
