I got 69 and AIR 2933 in GATE 2019(EE).What can I get?

The cutoff for EEE branch is 39.6 for general category. With this score chances of getting PSU or any IIT are very low for a general category student (I am assuming you to be one as you didn't mentioned your category). However you can probably get admission into some mid-tier NITs and even have a change to get tp NITs.
