Yes, you can get your admission through B category in top colleges of Hyderabad but you can't be sure for the top courses like CSE , ECE. However that depends on the competition in a specified college as it changes from year to year. But then, 69k is a good rank for B category. There are only a slight chances for the top 5 colleges, and as proceed, you may get into the top 10. So I suggest you to apply and hope for good.
