I got 69.4 %in 12 cbsc so in which government college i take admission in delhi for BA and i have ex-serviceman quota also

Chances are very less to get admission in any govt college based on your percentage if you are a general category student.

Not really. You can apply in professional courses like law, hotel managemnet, or prepare for competitive entrances.
Forms for this year are over and you will have to apply next year.
Try in private colleges if any university is taking through direct admission like Amity University or Symbiosis etc.
