I got 69.5 percentile in jee mains April 2019....what to expect from this...? (General category)

Hey Vivek.
See the percentile u have score dwill give u nothing. Either u take drop for one year to prepare for the next chance or u can take admission in the govt state colleges or private institution for ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses.
