i got 69.6% in jee mains 2019 general category, will it help me to get admission in good college?

I am not sure about which college you will get. But I'll like to help you out with information I have.
Firstly, You can appear for the second Jee mains which is going to held in April. And the best score out of the both will be used for the further procedure.
So, you have one more chance to score high in the second one and aim for a good college.

Don't dishearten, just focus on your exams and work hard.
You will make through it with flying colors.

Secondly, I would like to tell you that you have a very low chance of getting into one of top NIT's in India

It is hard to get any core branches like CSE at the top NIT as you are from the general category  but don't lose hope as you can try for other good core branches/other branches at top NIT's as well.

I would also suggest you to apply for private universities if you want as they may accept JEE scores.
