Yes you will surely get fees reimbursement . Apply the scholarship (for fees reimbursement) through your state..

I mean to say that I belong to Andhra Pradesh and I want study in telangana so will I get a fee reimbursement because I heard that, there will be no fees reimbursement for other state people in their respective states is that truth or not Plz clear this point and with apecet will have entry into the college

Yes you will surely get fee reimbursement . example if you want to study in Telangana . The fee which is eligible to you will be paid by the AP government.there is no doubt in it. For further details and confirmation visit the campus you want to join
