I got 70% in 12th HSC 2019 & my mains percentile is 91.87. kindly suggest ??

I hope you are doing good. Based on your mains percentile your predicted rank may be around 97,000. But your 12th percentage is less. It is compulsory that a general category student should have a minimum of 75% and for reserved category students should have a minimum of 65% in 12th. If you belong to a reserved category you are eligible for NIT/IIT. I am sorry to say this if you belong to General category then you are not eligible to get admission in NIT/IIT. But don't be disappointed because there are so many best colleges in India accepting JEE mains marks you can go for them.
