I got 70 marks in jee meins and obc ncl rank is 37000 which nit college is placed for me please give me information

Chances are extremely negligible at this score for all top NITunder OBC NCL category.
Cutoffs have been 45 marks for OBC category.
However you can have some decent chances with newer NITs like Sikkim and Manipur and Mizoram.
Also IIITs like Bhagalpur have good chances.
