I got 70000 rank in obc ncl in jee main 2019 can I get into nit in special rounds?

If it's your obc category rank, then you definitely have no chances of getting admission in any government colleges like NITs or IIITs based on your jee mains rank.
Try to get admission in private colleges like silicon,nist,cv raman,etc.
