I got 71 marks in jee mains ..In sc category ..And my category rank is 5370...Did i have any chance to get nit???

Yes surely,you are eligible to get admission in any NITs.It totally depends on which branch you want to opt.
For example,looking at the rank in the 2017,NIT Rourkee,ceramic engineering branch's opening and closing rank is between 4113 and 5946.
