You can't get any NIT at this percentile. you can apply for your domicile state government college with state quota and your categorical rank.
If not apply for private college which is in your state or near by. The private colleges also provide high quality education and scope for the students. You can make yourself more efficient in the 4 years. Use your time productively.
Search for one you can take admission and comfortable for you.
