If you belong to some reserved category then you can apply for JOSSA counselling to get NITS/IIITs/GFTIs.
If you have appeared in any other engineering entrance like BITSAT,SRMJEE,VITEEE,Manipal,Amity,Amrita ,GITAM,etc then you can try to get college through their counselling .These colleges are also reputed and standard.
You should try for state engineering college of your home state.Most probably you will get that.
