I got 74% marks in 12th and 58% in graduation and 99 CAT percentile. Which college will i get call from and which colleges will accept me?

You are not eligible to get a call from IIM'S even though you have 99 percentile in CAT . With last year cut off in CAT you may get the following colleges . It may depend on your further admission process like on merit basis , personal interview and case study.

Is that because of my graduation marks or 12th marks? And what if I have 2 years of work experience?

The iims cut off is in between 99 to 100 percentile in their different institutes. They also have a rating score system , so your overall from 10th std marks to graduation marks plus your work experience will matter in their selection procedure . They will calculate the total score .
If you have 2 years of work experience , you can have an advantage over others who are freshers .

That means then I have a chance of getting a call from IIMs??
