As you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General.

According to the category and percentile you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. Or you can try for some private colleges such as :-

• UPES, Dehradun
• Amity University, Noida
• Shiv Nadar University

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
