I got 74.92 in 12 board exam and 89 in jee,does I qualify for jee exam?

Jee Mains minimum percentile for qualifying is 89.75 percentile as you have lower percentile than the required thats why you wont be able to qualify it. Also board percentage to get good government colleges are 75 percent and your percentage is lower than that as well.
