I got 74.99 percentile in jee mains with 99642 rank in OBC category... Do I have a chance of getting into good nit colleges??

Your jee mains rank is 99642 in obc category right. So, this rank will not helpful to you because you will not get any nit colleges i am sorry to say this. But your rank is too large in obc category. You tried your best but it will not help you.
