I got 75 % in cbse then I have to be top 20 of board .will I have to fulfill both condition

As per the eligibility criteria for NITs/IIITs/GFTIs you need to secure either 75% in be in boards or top 20 percentile of your board exam. Not both the conditions are necessary, you need to fulfill only one of them. And if you are a SC or ST candidate the percentage falls to 65%.
