Why not? If you secure an eligible rank in JEE Advanced you will surely get IIT. But, the 75% marks cannot assure you that.
Secondly, you have given improvement exam, so, you have to stand within the category wise top 20 percentile in your respective 12th board examination to be eligible to take admission in IITs.
