Hey manikadan,
Let me tell you on scoring 75 percent in pcm and then would you be eligible for that is can predicted by only knowing in which college you are interested and as you haven't mention your desired college here so we cant answer it now, but still let me know you that physics hons of delhi University is quite on demand ,so go for any DU college. And atlast please mention college here

Generally you should have Physics & Mathematics in 10+2. But if you mention here the college name then I can help you better as admission eligibility varies college to college.
