Hii.i got 59891 rank .can I get seat in the cse vellore campus?

Since you have added the tag of VITEE, for VIT, predicting rank on the basis of marks is really tough.75 marks are good and might fetch you rank near 15k - 20k, though it's a rough estimate and can vary. With this rank, you have a fairly high chance to get any branch at the Vellore campus.

You have scored low marks in Jee mains which will not suffice you to get admission in cse branch or your chances for cse in govt college is less therfore you can try for private colleges.

If as you got 75 marks . I think it is Jee main marks. Then, there is very low chances to CSE branch . If you want to take cse then you have to apply for private college.
