I think u miss wrote at the place of IIIT U wrote IIT , If u want to take admission in IIIT u have chance to get admission in IIIT

You can only be able to get admission into IIT through JEE advanced rank , so first of all you are not eligible for IITs.
And chances for NITs is also very low at this score .

You have less chances to get NITs based on your marks/rank. IITs takes admission through JEE Advanced.

With this score the chances are less to get NITs. If you want then you can try for private colleges in Maharashtra, Haryana etc.
