Your xii board score is good but your kcet score is nit good enough. 100 marks are safer score. As cut off changes every year it is difficult to predict 2020 cut off score.
However Eligibility criteria for getting a seat in veterinary college ie for bachelor's degree you should have passed xii Science with minimum 50% aggregate score and you must appear for KCET ,for Karnataka students and neet for other state.
You can try , you may get Admission if number of applicants are less.
