I got 75 percentile ,Can I get a good college? Will be i qualified for JEE advanced?

Whether you have qualified jee mains and are eligible for jee advance or not will depend upon whether you have crossed the cutoff marks declared by NTA officially. This cutoff will be different for different categories of students. As of now, the cutoff have not been declared and reportedly will be declared after the jee mains exam in April. So better wait for official results. 75 percentile means that 75 percent students are behind you who appeared for the exam. The following formula approximately gives your rank:
JEE Main 2019 rank= (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100
So 218617 is your approximate rank.
However atleast 80 percentile is required for admission into NITs. But it will also depend on your category, home state quota etc. So it is good to wait for the results.
