With 75.09 percentile, you will surely qualify for JEE Advanced. Now, you do have chances of getting into a lower ranking NIT. You can get into (some examples) -

• NIT Sikkim- CSE
• NIT Calicut- Engineering Physics
• NIT Arunachal Pradesh- Bio Technology
• NIT Srinagar- Chemical Engineering
