I got 75percentile from obc Can I get nit seat?

Sorry to say ; but it will be not possible to get any good nits college with this percentile score.
There is chance that you will get low ranking nits like ( Arunachal Pradesh ; Silchar ; Mizoram etc ) from home state quota.( Not fruitfull as much ).
Better to take a drop and prepare well for next year if you really want nit.
You may get state government or some good private college like ( dcrust ; cu ; thapar ) etc.
