I got 76% in boards and 56% In PCM in MHTCET and 35% In JEE from OBC category so can I get any private or government clg in maharashtra

Your rank in both MHT CET and JEE Mains is not good enough to secure you a seat in any Government college.
So, I would suggest you try some PRIVATE colleges which conduct their own entrance test like Symbiosis Pune and NMIMS which conducts their own entrance exam for admission in B.Tech courses.
