Assuming you are talking about jee main percentile you might not be able to get into a government college. But there are a lot of colleges that accept jee main score for admissions, you'll have to apply to then seperately by going to the official website or the state DTE enrollment. You can look into all the colleges you might get into using the jee main college predictor using the link provided
