Yes you can apply for Btech in international university, you need to have 10+2 qualification and at least 50% of marks to be eligible to apply for the university.
Main thing that matter is your entrance exam score, the more you score more chances for you to get a call for admission from the institute.
Prepare well for the entrance and know all the details of that institute's entrance examination. Since it is a foreign university, the requirements and the exam will be different compared to domestic entrance exam.
