Hi,

In order to elligible for neet, you need to score an aggregate of minimum 50% of physics,chemistry,and biology. In counseling ,its just verifying document to see if you scored above minimum or not. If the scores mentioned by you are your intermediate score, as I can see your average is above 50% so it wont create any problem in counseling.
