You said that you have got 77 marks in eam et and 9.9 in ipe then based on this we can estimate the rank of yours from this we can say that your rank will be nearly 6000 if you are oc candidate and if belong to bc or sc or st then you can improve your rank and also college .
If you have any reservation you can easily get seat in the top colleges in the core branches.
6k is not a bad rank it is a good score.
