You can get normal private colleges as these are dependent only on how much you pay to them. If you are good with this much fees then yes money does everthing but if not , then do try again. Drop and show your dedication towards it and try next year.

Apparently, there are no engineering colleges in Bangalore which has a dedicated engineering branch called cloud computing except in Jain University. As it is a private university, they might not be very particular about Jee percentile. You can easily get an admission. Hope it helps.
