I got 77.8 percentile on jee paper 1 and 88.9 on paper 2 and i belong to sc....can i get in any government college?

You may get decent college on the basis of paper 2.You need to wait till 15th may for the result of 2nd session.
On the basis of JEE mains paper 1 you can get state engineering colleges and for that you need to apply for state counselling .You will get colleges in your home state.
