I am sorry to say but with 77900 CRL rank in JEE Mains 2019 and General Category, you won't be able to get any branch in any of NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
They have a closing rank of around 30000-35000 for General Category, hence you won't make it.

Your jee main rank is very high to get you a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs IIITs and GFTIs. You might get seats in so e state funded engineering colleges.
So I would suggest you to go for private engineering colleges like Sharda, SRM, Manipal etc. Here's a list of some of the best
