I got 77k rank in VITEEE . what are my options??

With 77,000 rank in VITEEE 2019, You've very low chances if getting a seat in any of the branches in VIT VELLORE and VIT CHENNAI.
You can still try for branches like
Production and Industrial engineering
Fashion Technology
Biomedical engineering (if you've biology)

Note that cutoffs don't remain same every year as they depend on many factors.
So inspite of anything, you must still try to get the seat.
