Your 12th marks dont affect your JEE ranking whatsoever, it all depends on your percentile that you scored in the JEE Advance. However, when it comes to IITs and NITs, you need a minimum of 75% in 12th for General category and 65% for SC/ST/PwD. So, you clearly are above the 75% mark and can happily clear your JEE exams.
