I got 78 marks in eamcet and 9.17 gpa can I get rank below 10000?

AP EAMCET is an entrance exam to get admission in various Engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. As you got 78 marks you may get a rank in between 10,000 - 15,000.I don't think so that with this marks you will get a rank below 10,000. You need some extra marks more than 85 and good IPE marks to get rank below 10,000.
