i got 7933,and i Belongs to bc-a category,can i get cse in my first counselling

As you must have given any university entrance exam that would be of any level so as every University have different different entrances for different different courses and also the cut offs rankings vary.
So firstly specify your domain that in which you got rank 7933 and then surely you'll be getting your answer.
