I got 79.65 in mhtcet 2021 which colleges I can get in for B.E/Btech

This is difficult to say as colleges cut off keeps changing every year depending upon factors like :-

°°°°°°°°  No seats that are available for admission

°°°°°°°° number of students who appeared in the examination

°°°°°°°° level of difficulty of the examination

°°°°°°°° the category you belong etc

Anyway,
