To get admission you must have 94 percentile.
But many other institutes are accept this kind of percentile.
Your rank is near around 25k. So you just use the following link to search your college.
So you keep patience and wait for the state counselling.

Hi dear,
You have got 80.43 percentile in JEE main that means your rank should be 170k you can also calculate as
Rank=(100-your percentile)×869010÷100
If you belong from general category you have a low chance to get NITs or IIITs.You can predict your college here
You should prepare for apApr month exam.Hope it helps
