It would be difficult to tell you the qualifying cutoff & admission possibilities. But this score seems enough to qualify the exam as SC category.
Based on this percentile the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs. You can try for the state level counselling like Haryana, Punjab Etc.
